*Important notice* – scheduled service outage weekend of 16th January 2016

You may be aware of our split from our parent US company. We’ve been working tirelessly towards accomplishing this, and we’re finally at the last step where we flip the switches and separate the two systems, bringing the system entirely on to servers located in Australia hosted with IBM and Amazon Web Services.

Please take note that Shoeboxed will be unavailable from:

12:01am Saturday, 16th January 2016 AEDT
(2:01am NZDT, 9:01pm Fri 15th AWST)

to

6am Monday, 18th January 2016 AEDT
(8am NZDT, 3am AWST).

During this time, the web and mobile applications will be offline, and the Shoeboxed system will not receive any online document submissions.

We will post further notices on our blog and social networks as we progress through the weekend, and a further email will be sent out once we have completed the migration.
